Great dishwasher for the price. Easy to install. Its quiet, cleans and drys great.

Dishwasher is nice. Lots of room for dishes, cleans very well, my only issue is how long the cycle for sanitizing takes (4 Hrs) i solely use this feature and yet it still does not dry all the dishes so i have to lay them out on a towel for another hr.

I didn't notice in the reviews and specs I read before purchasing this unit (GDSP4715AF) that it does not use a heating element (i.e., the metal ring at the bottom), and didn't even think about researching that particular component (or the lack of) in this model. Came to find out that drying is poor in all washing cycles and not drying at all in the Quick cycle even though there are the same Dry settings for the Quick Cycle (Air Dry plus Heat Dry plus MaxBoost). I've always prefer the Quick wash setting on all my previous dishwashers but would not be able to use it with this model if Heat Dry is not available. The pic I posted in this review is how the dishes look after choosing the Quick cycle with MaxBoost driying cycle (soaking we). Mind you that I just replaced a 1-yr old Samsung dishwasher that was working great for this Frigidaire model because of the sleek design, upper rack, and 'new technology' but I am now regretting doing this and looking at returning/replacing the dishwasher again just after 5 days. Full disclosure, I am waiting for a Frigidaire tech to come and look at it to see if there is an issue with the unit I got (Frigidaire must fix or replace this unit), or confirm it is working as designed which will make me return it and get another model. I'll update this review once I get that answer. Lastly, the duration of the cycles (specially when using Heat Dry or MaxBoost) is significantly longer than any other dishwasher I’ve owned. I encourage potential buyers to research and compare the cycles’ durations. If a 3 ½ cycle (e.g. Normal) is not an issue for you, then duration is something you need to consider with this model.

This dishwasher is really nice and it is quiet. I have to walk into the kitchen to make sure it is still on. It looks good and there is a colored light to indicate if it is cleaning or complete. It has 3 racks which is really nice. The second rack can be adjusted to accommodate different needs for height. The silverware rack holds quite a bit. The reason I gave it four stars is because the bottom rack has set in slanted tines and it doesn't seem like it holds as much as a rack that has straight tines. It would be nice if they were adjustable to be straight or slanted based on needs.

Washer is very quiet. The only thing was the lack of room to install the water line and power line. This is because the washer mechanics are almost sitting on the floor. The reason for the 4 stars is the drying is not 100% but adequate.

This machine can clean dishes well and is extremely quiet. Drying glasses, however is a little bit of a challenge since the technology uses a fan and hot air rather than a heating element. I had to play with the settings to get the dishes dry-ish. The eco setting on extra dry was 3+ hours and the dishes weren’t completely dry, and don’t expect items to be dry on the third rack. The light indicator on the floor is a cool feature that lets you know when the dish washer is on and when the dish washer has completed its cycle. For the price point I expected a little more.

I chose to pay more for this model of dishwasher and it was worth it! I have had 2 Frigidaire dishwashers in the past and wasn't looking for the fancy stainless steel tub or 3rd upper rack, but this one was on sale, had a lower dBA value and a little heavier (solid) than the other lower priced models. I followed the manual for loading and it seems to hold more dishes than I'm used to. The stainless steel tub dries well and doesn't leave spotting. It doesn't have a hot ring at the base to dry the dishes as in the past models, but this unit does dry well without using the 2.5 hour dry boost. I choose the Quick wash for a 30 minute wash and the medium dry setting and the dishes come out clean and dry. I like the light feature at the bottom that tells you when it is in use and when it is done. I booked everything with a Best Buy rep at the store and it was great having a person to talk to make this purchase. Third party install went well and overall, I'm happy with my purchase at Best Buy.

Runs solid and seems good but I don’t like that the controls only work when the door is open. The latching mechanism is sturdy but can be difficult to open and close.

This dishwasher has no heating coil! I didn't even know this was a thing. My old Maytag would be steamy when I opened it and my dishes near dry most times. This dishwasher does not have a heating element and the water is about 90 degrees at most - I tested it. To get it hotter, I have to run my hot water for about 5 minutes before-hand. Also, cycles are very long with sanitize (which we use for home brew beer bottles) being over 3 hours! I've decided to use the 1 hour cycle with max-boost dry...but I have to make sure my dishes are debris free. Sadly, this new, more expensive dishwasher makes me want my old Maytag back again!!

I like the sleek look but I’m somewhat disappointed. It doesn’t dry the items placed on the upper rack and there isn’t a designated rack to place bowls so you have to lay them down. Also, the rack sliders appear to be very delicate.

This is by far the best dishwasher I have ever used. It took me a while to learn the best setting for my use and it does run longer time wise but the end results are worth it. Spotless dishes and silverware. The drying is a problem for other reviewers and I get that. There is no heating coal which actually saves electricity. Setting it to max dry works for me. Electrolux is the parent company and they make great products. I’m happy with my purchase.

I like the design with no protruding handle. I have only used the dishwasher 3 times so far and am surprised at the length of time for the cycle. Water spots are horrible and I did use a rinse agent so going to try the white vinegar trick and see if that helps. Giving it a yes for now but if the water spots don't improve I'd say no.

This dishwasher was a great purchase! Love the slim utensil shelf at the top and it has plenty of room for all of our dirty dishes!

Clean, dry, and very quiet. 4 stars only because we haven't had it long enough/used it enough to be more accurate, but so far, so good!

This i was excited to buy. Now i 100% regret purchasing this dishwasher. It hypes up to be a really good one. It claimes to never need to prewash. So i put it to the test. And let me just say, the "test" i ran for that statement of no need to prewash. Well i had used the dishwasher for the first time and put in just dishedms from that day. Was not overpacked. It is only my husband and i. I cooked loaded and started it. I was very very disappointed and i admit angry a little. There was so much food still on the dishes. And they wernt even dried on food. It was fresh from that day. I have ran it many times over the month we have had it. I have never had such a horrible disheasher ever. And the price i paid for this was outrageous for the awful product we now are stuck with. Do not buy this one. Stear clear it is 100% not worth the hassle or loss of money. I now prefer to wash dishes by hand as they actually get clean. So huge waist of money.

Quiet and does a great job. Glad I finally upgraded. One thing, newer dishwasher have longer cycles, but do a great job!

Love this new dishwasher, it’s quiet and love the design. I would highly recommend it.
