Highly recommend this product anytime. Easy to clean

Really feel like this was a great buy for the money. Needed a new fridge to go in a rental that already had all stainless steal appliances, but really don't prefer it myself b/c of the fingerprints & cleaning issues w/the material. This fridge has a coating on it so that it doesn't leave fingerprints and to clean I just use a damp kitchen towel! I have found it has plenty of space, I like the adjustable/sliding shelves & the in-door water/ice maker and touch controls. Obviously, very happy. Install was on-time & the guys were great!

We like the smudge-free stainless door, and the varied compartments. It keeps food cold; in fact, liquids have frozen on the top shelf next to the freezer, and meats have frozen in the meat drawer next to the freezer. The ice maker does not make ice as quickly as we sometimes would like it. Also, ice will continue to dispense over and above what the glass will hold, when the ice cubes are stuck together in the dispenser tube. We have found the way to correct this problem is to open the freezer door, reach into the dispenser and remove the ice chunks. Then shut the door and pick up the ice that fell on the floor. Overall, though, we are pleased with this model.

I bought a 4 piece set to upgrade my entire kitchen. The smudge proof stainless steel is amazing. No annoying finger prints and super easy to clean. I was leery about getting a side by side because from past experience the space in them just isn't there but this one changed my mind. Lots of room. Love this fridge!

Phoinix water comes from the salt river and tastes horrible. My hope the filter could handle the job of making it taste good or even acceptable was dashed. It is still undrinkable. The ice is ok as a small amount is used. Had I known I would have gotten a less expensive model with ice only. That said I love the rest. All the drawers and shelves can be moved to customize. The led light is perfect and the refrigerator is very quiet. If your water is drinkable, you will be very happy with your purchase.

We love our new refrigerator!! The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean and looks modern. The ice and H2O in the door is wonderful.

Would have liked to get an area for colder drinks and ice cream is not as hard as it should be. Would have liked more door storage also.

We upgraded to this refrigerator & love it. Not trying to knock Whirlpool, but we did not want a Whirlpool fridge. We compared several refrigerators that had the same options. For the money, this was the best refrigerator. It has water & ice on the door & plenty of storage room for our big family.

Bought my Frigidaire in mid-April, 2015. Great Product! Well worth it! Pros: Love the pull out shelves. Lots of space and almost everything is adjustable. The Smudge-Resistant Stainless exterior is certainly living up to it's name. The casters it's on make it easy to move, if needed. And the freezer never needs defrosting. Cons: Freezer could be a touch bigger, and the ice dispenser jams a touch with 'Cubed' ice. Have to purchase Waterline Hook-Up Kit separately. But all in all I still love it.

Awesome size great deal on price . does leak a little from ice machine seal. Has clear drawers shelves so you see everything . baskets in the freezer lots of door space

It's nice , I mean it's a fridge. Not a fan of the ice dispenser. When I try to get ice it collects and I have to keep opening the freezer door to remove the pile up.

The ice and water is a little tricky at first, but after you learn how it works you have to be careful ice and water will get on your floor.

What a great fridge for the price! Spacious, looks great in the kitchen, and the anti-smudge stainless is a plus!

Very disappointed in the product. Had I not been in and out of the hospital right after purchasing I would have returned it. Was not home to realize how noisy it is & the fridge draws are too tight and make a horrible noise when you open/close them, yet the freezer side the shelves & draws dont stay they fall off the tracks, they barely fit the tracks.

After having this product for a while the way the mfg made the icemaker is causing problems because it makes the ice in 3 cube pieces and alot of times the ice will get stuck in the chute and cause a jam and you have to manually take the cubes out to unclog it the ice maker works fine but the mfg did not make the chute right so the ice won't get stuck if it falls a certain way. For this reason i would not recomend if you dont mind this its a good product

No-smudge stainless surface a real plus. Nice large capacity with proper temp control in fridge and freezer. Only annoyance is the overflow of ice cubes about every 3 to 4 dispenses. The ice goes all over the floor and some cubes remain stuck in the passageway.

I bought this fridge since it was a Consumer Reports Best Buy. I did my research, read reviews, I shopped around and I felt confident that I made a well-educated purchase with this fridge. It was delivered to my house, hooked up and ready to go (or so I thought). The temps on the fridge read that they were cold and ready so I took my food out of the coolers and moved them to the fridge. Much to my surprise when I opened the fridge door the following morning, a blast of warm air hit me. ALL MY FOOD HAD GONE BAD AND SPENT THE NIGHT IN A WARM FRIDGE!!!! I called Best Buy Customer Service at 6:30 in the morning to let them know that my fridge was obviously not working. I was surprised and relieved to get a live person on the phone. Needless to say they did replace my fridge, but I was stuck with the broken one for 5 DAYS!!! The customer service rep was sorry for the inconvenience and sympathetic to what I was going through, but nothing was done about the broken fridge except - "Sorry! The earliest day we can deliver is Monday." GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! So the new fridge comes on Monday and it works perfectly. I watched the temperature go down in both the Fridge and the freezer side - something it never did in the 1st one - and it's been good. My kids have milk. I can keep leftovers in the fridge once again and I don't have to worry about giving my family food poisoning from food that sat in a warm fridge overnight. This Fridge would have gotten 5 stars from me if the 1st one had worked from the get-go.

Lots of space. Good price but door dispenser sprays water too much & gets messy. Very hard to fit a water bottle under the spout. Water runs down front of refrigerator.
