I have called service twice for frost and moisture build up in the freezer and have lost all confidence in this product. Although this seems to be fixed, I will need to call for a third service due to frost building up around the ice chute. The customer service center is not a pleasant experience either, the personnel just seem bored with their jobs. Each service call requires someone to be home, and that means that either me or my husband will have to take time off work.

Just past the one year mark and this refrigerator quit. Fan went out. Easy enough to fix so I did after removing some ice off of the old one. One month later that fan goes out. Check again and I've got an iceberg built up back there. I guess Frigidaire only cares as long as their refrigerator makes it past the one year warranty. NEVER AGAIN!

I had this refrigerator for one month and it went out I lost $416 and groceries it has now been over 7 days still it is not fixed right the Frigidaire warranties are lousy and still today it is not fixed right.

I have had nothing but problems with this refrigerator. I would NEVER purchase another Frigidaire product as long as I live. I bought the whole appliance set and everything has broken down. Ive had the set 2.5 years and regret every dollar spent.

I wasn't able to use the frig due to it was damaged! It would've taken another 6-8 weeks to get another one. We couldn't wait that long we needed a frig. Very very disappointed! I really liked the look and overall space in this frig.

after delivery and the time and energy to clean and prep and the electricity used to get it up to temp. several problems: drawers that don't fit, turned out to be a wall over filled with insulation. a freezer that frosts up, big time, stainless exterior has marbled coloring

This fridge was only $1177 total, and is excellent for the price. Looks great. Only couple complaints so far, (purchased 11/5/13). 1 is that it makes noise coming from the back. I noted that another reviewer complained about the same thing before buying but that's not a big deal for me. 2, some of the drawers do not slide very easy. 3, it could use some extra shelving. Overall I am happy with it. I do like that you can put gallon sized containers in the door shelves! Like I said, can't do much better for the price plus it matches our stove. I wish I could have afforded the upgraded models for both appliances but they are sufficient for beginner appliances that look great!

Refrigerator section freezes food………………………………………..

We were looking for a cheap refrigerator/freezer combo for our laundry room. My husband likes to shop meat sales and that usually keeps our freezer pretty full. Best Buy didn't have one of these on the floor, but the list of features, size and price seemed right. When it was delivered today, I was pretty blown away. We've got an Amana in the kitchen that cost much more and this Frigidaire seems clearly superior. The water dispenser is better designed, there is more storage space and the layout works better with the types of food we buy. It has cooled down in about two hours and seems very quiet. Also the stainless steel finish seems easier to maintain. We've bought Amana's in the past because they last forever. Our current Amana is fairly new, but the last one lasted over 20 years and four moves, but if this Frigidaire continues to be trouble-free for a few years, our next replacement fridge will likely be Electrolux or Frigidaire, because features for price, they really have Amana beat.

This side by side fridge was delivered and installed today; Both myself and my girlfriend are extremely happy with it. It looks TERRIFIC and works PERFECTLY. Have read some bad reviews from this website and even more from fridgidaires website and most of the complaints had to do with somebody being extra "whiny" or had to do with the ice and water dispenser shooting everywhere...THAT HAS NOT been the case with us. I would most certainly recommend this to friends and family. This fridge makes our kitchen look even more upgraded without remodeling. Don't waste your money on some of the other more expensive brands unless you have to have something silly in my mind like LED lights inside. Hope this helps!!!

I purchased this refrigerator on 11/15/14, and it was delivered at least a week later, however, stupid me, I listed the purchase date as 11/15/14. The problem I'm having is with the bottom bin on the inside refrigerator door - it keeps falling off for no apparent reason. The contents of the bin tumble to the floor. I've previously used the bin to store tall items, such as a bottle of wine or a half gallon of milk. I tried storing lighter-weight items there instead, but the bin still tumbles to the floor when the door is opened. The bin hooks over protrusions on the door, and cannot be positioned elsewhere on the door, meaning, it's stationary. This just started happening and I called Frigidaire for assistance, but received none because I was outside of my warranty period. Very disappointed by the lack of any resolution, coupled with losing some valuable storage space. So, my advice, be sure to use the installation date on your warranty rather than the sale date because there isn't any flexibility on this manufacturer's part if you're outside the registration date, even if you explain that you did not actually receive the product that day.

This fridge is overall pretty nice but makes some rather interesting noises that began on day one. The fridge often sounds like it's trying to connect to the internet, now we have a running joke in the house about the refrigerators dial up noises. One reviewer said it sounds like a donkey kicking a door, and yes, I have heard that one as well. The noises are not really annoying anyone in the house, but they are pretty interesting. We replaced a 7-year-old Samsung with this refrigerator, and even though the Samsung had its own issues, I can definitely say I never heard the Samsung running but this one never stops. It’s fine that I can hear it, but I hope it’s staying true to the annual electric cost that Frigidaire claims for this appliance. it's very pretty to look at and the touch screen display is a beautiful feature. I also have never had a fridge with a built in carbon air filter, to me this is fancy. The only truly negative thing I can say about this fridge is the piece that controls the light when the door is opened or closed has already broken, not something I would expect from a 2-week old refrigerator. It appears the internal spring had broken when I took off the door hinge cover to investigate. After looking at the overall design of how Frigidaire made this part, I feel it’s so cheaply made that it will be a reoccurring issue even after it’s replaced on Tuesday.

It can be a little loud at times. The ice holder is flimsy. My handles on the front are wobbly. Other than that seems to work nicely.

Bought this online and couldn't be happier! Very spacious inside, and I really love the spots in the freezer for ice cream and a pizza box! Also, the delivery staff was very professional & friendly!

This has been the worst ice box we ever have owned. Repair list: 1) The front panel led lights went out and had to have repair come out and fix 2) Ice maker spilling water all down the inside of freezer, repair came out and replaced 3) Water running down inside the freezer, main circuit board and valve replaced 4) Came home yesterday making an awful noise; called and scheduled a repair for this Tuesday 5) Woke up this morning and display is now showing SY EF, so another call this morning I would not recommend this ice box to anyone.

I love everything about my new Frigidaire refrigerator. I have it in my laundry room and use it as a second frig. It looks great....and does not smudge at all! It does, however, make some noise. It doesn't bother me because it is in the laundry room....it's not terrible but could be distracting if it was in the kitchen.

Never will buy Fridigaire again. It does keep things cold, and things frozen in the freezer. But it is LOUD when running. And will not make enough ice, unless the shelf above the icemaker is removed, which limits storage space even more. The ice maker/dispenser totally sucks. I'm better off getting in my car, driving to the convenience store, buying a bag of ice, coming home, opening the bag, and filling my glass. That's about how long it takes to fill a glass of ice from the dispenser. The chute clogs EVERY SINGLE. TIME. . (in fairness in some newer models appear to have moved the icemaker to a higher position in the freezer so the shelf blocking ice and making the icemaker turn off may have been resolved) The half circle cubes come out and frequently are stuck in a group of 3, 4 or 5 cubes, therefore they won't come out the chute. If you like to use a lot of ice, this is NOT the unit to buy.

It keeps food cold well. Good storage. Looks nice. Smudge proof is great. Nice temperature display. It just makes too much noise. It can interrupt a conversation or your tv program definitely. Even noisey when not making ice. All kinds of noise. It hums all the time. Looked in the manual and because its a high efficiency model, this is normal. The condenser, evaporator, etc. makes noise. I returned it. If you're the type that spends a lot of time in the kitchen, this might annoy you.

This is a nice fridge, I had to replace it because it will not dispense cold water, which I did not know before I purchased. so I get it delivered, waited, checked, and realise that no cold water. it might not seems to be a big problem but it is for me. I don't want to wake up everyone at night and dispense ice and then water to make it cold, sorry. when I spend over $1000 on a fridge, I want cold water, so I replaced it with LG, guess what I do get cold water now :) happy. oh three stars is only I could give, and yes it had few more issues as well, drawers were not smooth, ice maker makes so much noise, fridge makes hissing noise every once in a while, quality is another issue. Well compare LG LSXS26326S with this and you will see the difference, $100 more but better product. Hope you find this useful. Thank you.
