We love the Induction stove. This is the second one we have purchased, both for remodeled kitchens. The elements quick response and even temperature are pluses. We purchase the rubber mats for the stove to protect it from the pans. The oven is even in temperature and performs well under regular or convection.

I love that it can warm up multiple large pans on the oven at a time. However, the oven is loud when it is on.

unfortunately it was delivered by bestbuy delivery who didn't notice the big dent on the side. As soon as they unloaded it, they showed me the dent and pushed it back into the truck. Took awhile for delivery since no local stock I did not want to wait for a replacement.

While having to get a new set of pots and pans is a nuisance, the improved cook times on the range and the crisp results of the oven at a lower level of energy usage are worth it in the long run.

On second day after install, an error message appeared. It has shown up 5 times in two weeks, and makes a noise that doesn’t stop until you clear it. No apparent cause as the oven is not in use when this happens.

we bought this in Dec 2019 - in March it started having problems. Tech came out re-seated connector and it worked for about 12 hours. Tech ordered part over three weeks ago and we are still waiting. In doing research, this is a known problem with this stove. Everything breaks, but being without a stove for over a month during Corona Virus quarantine is a real problem.

Awesome stove - but not a true convection oven

I just purchased this stove after extensive reading, and comparing against the "non-convection" model just like it, the FFIF3054TS. I purchased it Friday, it arrived Saturday, the very next day. First problem - The oven light would not turn off. Called Electrolux repair, they would have someone out the very next working day, Monday. Great Customer Service - Kudo's to Electrolux. In between my call and the repairman showing up, it started beeping loudly and displaying F40 on the display - waking me up in the middle of the night in one case. But the repairman's coming Monday, I can deal with this. In the mean time, it's Football Sunday. What do most people have on Sunday with Football and friends? Pizza. My former oven was a Jenn-Air Convection. Thinking this was the same, I stuck two pizzas in at once, an easy task for a TRUE convection oven. After 10 or so minutes, smoke began pouring out. I looked, I couldn't see why, but thought maybe something spilled and I didn't see it. I did not see that the bottom pizza was being cremated. Took them both out, and sure enough, the pizza on the bottom rack was absolutely TOAST. I was baffled - a TRUE convection oven shouldn't do this, likewise, there was no VISIBLE burner on the bottom. Monday-- repair man shows up. Very professional guy. The F40 problem - fried main board. The oven light problem - oven door switch was not connected at the factory. Burned Pizza problem - this is NOT a true convection oven. There IS NO HEATING ELEMENT INSIDE THE FAN ASSEMBLY. There is still a conventional lower burner, hidden under the bottom plate. Anything put on the bottom rack will need to be rotated with anything on the top rack to promote even cooking. A TRUE convection oven, like my former Jenn Air, has a heating element inside the fan, the oven is basically heated by a an over-glorified hairdryer, no hot spots on any rack. A TRUE convection oven is not heated by an old-school element hidden under a panel on the bottom, thereby burning whatever is on the bottom rack. Stove top is awesome. Frigidaire's customer service was beyond awesome. Oven - What a let down.

Hey JimInSeattle, Thank for choosing Electrolux, and the kudos for our customer service team are very appreciated. We know you were excited with your purchase and having issues so soon certainly falls short of expectations. We hope your experience with our repair service went smoothly.

Busy families like yours want to bake multiple items at the same time, and your fan convection range has this capability. In order to optimize your cooking performance, rack positioning is critical. For your convenience, we have helpful tips on this topic in our use and care guide.

Please feel free to reach out to us for any other tips or assistance in the future.

PS Hope you enjoyed the game and your team won!

    Stay away...

Auto-sizing does not work. One would think that if it were a problem with electronics, it would be a single burner, but no burner will autosize. We have extremely good pans, so that is not the problem. My only thinking is that it was a known problem and they didn't want to fix it before selling it. Stay away.

    Doesn't work as advertised.

This induction range was one of 4 Frigidaire Gallery appliances purchased in Dec. 2017. Two of them didn’t work right (50% failure rate) which in my opinion shows abysmal quality. After 9 service calls one was fixed, they couldn't fix the other and they now say there’s no identifiable problem and refuse to do any more. They fired me rather than fix the problem. The ongoing problem is with the induction range. The auto sizing feature on the right front element, or zone, doesn’t work (it’ll heat a humongous pot but not a reasonably sized pot as shown in their marketing literature). Frigidaire/Electrolux customer service assures me that the “Auto Sizing” of the zone should allow me to use a large, medium or small pot. The Factory Tech support doesn’t believe their own marketing dept. and says my range is working as designed, “that zone is for large pots only” ( in which case the advertising is a LIE ) . The two departments of Frigidaire/Electrolux are not singing from the same sheet. The result is a field repairman calls tech support and get’s a misinformed answer. TOTAL CHAOS! STAY AWAY!

    Stove SHOCKS UNSAFE

I bought a Frigidaire Induction Range Model #FGIF3036TFB . The stove was shocking us every time we touched it and another appliance. The store we bought it from replaced it. The second stove had the same problem. We thought it was a faulty outlet. The second electrician we brought in to assess the problem realized it was faulty wiring within the stove. He was able to correct the issue. I called the manufacturer to alert them to this dangerous problem and request a refund for the expense of the electrician. I was met with rude customer service employees, a denial of a refund and a lack of concern about this dangerous problem. I would never recommend this product due to safety concerns and poor customer service.

Purchased less than 2 years ago. I already have the dreaded F40 error. According to the service pamphlet on the back of the range, you replace the wiring harness, and if that doesn't fix it(unlikely), start replacing main control boards at 100s of dollars each. From other customers experiences when the oven starts causing problems they have a poor record of fixing it. So, looks like I'm probably out $1000, or I can start throwing $100 in service fees and parts at the problem.
