I purchased in May, and just now had a chance to bring it to my office, still in the original packaging. Opened and set up the fridge, only to find that the compressor parts are all bent up in the back, and that the fridge is rattling a very loud noise. It does not cool at all, and now that I am passed the best buy return window, I have to deal with Curtis International Warranty Service. The door is also dented on the edge. The fridge is nice to look at and sleek and will keep your food and drink warm if you need that.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the product for store pickup, went to pickup the items and they loaded it into the back...unboxed (no damage to box) it at home and had large dent in the door..now my only option is to ship back for 29.99 my cost, or bring back up to the store (kind of difficult with the COVID-19 issue and the fact I had to borrow a friends vehicle to pickup)..not really sure why best buy would package up and sell a dented item as new? other than that the fridge works fine, just beware when picking up an item from Best Buy
