It didn’t come with instructions, and was very slow to download movies too( I have other devices that were cheaper that did it faster) and then requires a certain movie data reader to then play the movie.

Cord doesn’t connect well to Apple computer. I had to use my apple adapter to plug it in to connect it.

It’s a g tech so it’s good. Sometimes it’s hit or miss. If you must go with g tech, sea gate is much better for the buck

This drive became unreadable on my Mac computer after less than a year. The drive powers up, but won’t display contents. A friend was able to access the data on their PC, but it was not easy. I do not recommend.

This G Technology was purchased to work with my MacBook Pro. It does not work with my MacBook Pro. I am returning it to Best Buy.

It would not work on my brand new Lenovo. I returned the product. Also, G-Technology (Western Digital) is worthless as far as customer service is concerned.
