My wife has POTS and it's very helpful in tracking her ups and downs and reporting. The emergency mode is also a huge benefit and works perfectly; sends out a text to the contacts of choice

She uses it for her workouts and swims! She celebrates that she no longer has to count laps in her head in the pool. The watch does it for her!
