Great microwave it powerful it has 950 watts. Only thing weve found annoying it its lock you have to unlock it each time in order to open the microwaves door.

Quality product, though I hate the lock feature that I haven't figured out how to turn off yet. I'm sure I could figure it out in a YouTube video, but have been so amazed by the fit and finish of this, I have nothing but praises.

My last GE Microwave was 15 years old and going strong, and I did not want to replace it, but we had a kitchen makeover and it was larger than we needed so we replaced it with another GE smaller model. I like it because the controls are pretty much identical so there's no learning curve and if it's as good as the last one it will hopefully last 15 years plus as well.

I got that microwave because it has a child lock, which doesn’t really work. Child still can open it by pressing Cancel first. Otherwise, regular working microwave.
