The only thing I don't like is that the door locks after you run it. You have to push the unlock button to get your food back out. This lock is likely what will break first.

PRICE WAS A FACTOR IN CHOSE BUT THIS PARTICULAR MODEL ENDED UP MEETING AND EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATION. WELL DEIGNED CONTROLS AND HANDSOME EXTERIOR OF STAINLESS AND NEUTRAL BLUE BLENDS IN WITH KITCHEN. THIS MODEL REPLACED AN EARLIER SELECTION (NOT GE) THAT HAD A DOOR LOCK THAT WAS AN ISSUE. "BEST BUY" HONORED TO THE WARRANTY ON THE DEFECTIVE MODEL AND HELP ME SELECT THIS REPLACEMENT. THAT IS WHY I SHOP AT "BEST BUY."

Feels nice and sturdy especially for the low price point! Feels like it will last for a long time like our last one! Not too big either fit perfectly where we used to have our old one at.

This microwave is perfect size that does not take up the whole counter. Great for apartments or small kitchen space.

It seems like the heating coil may be faulty or no longer functioning properly.

Also check to ensure the door is closed securely; open the door and close it firmly.
