Biggest issue is that the keypad is laid out oddly and isn't illuminated at all. If the kitchen light is behind you and the keypad is in shadow you have a hard time reading the pads.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The size of this microwave is perfect I have warmed up and prepared meals for 1 to 10 people with this microwave it has multiple features I have tried most of them and they do exactly what they are programmed to do I only give it four stars it takes 1 minute 30 seconds to warm a cup of coffee but I like my coffee steaming hot

Discovered the new feature of a child lock that goes on as soon as the buzzer goes off. Dont understand why that is needed. Also, the push handle to open is stiff. But returning because I want a smaller size.
