It works great. Love the safety features since i have young kids at home. Like it wont turn on if no food is sensed inside, also when its warming it will not unlock to open unless you cancel the time.

My Microwave oven I bought there has never worked!! The control panel does not light either. Almost burned the house down twice!! You set the oven for 45 seconds and it changes to 45 minutes by itself. Happened another time when I set it for 30 seconds. It went to 30 minutes!! I would bring it back for a refund if I could carry it to The car to take it back to Best Buy!! GE brand.
We recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell technicians to get this microwave properly diagnosed, as what you are experiencing is not normal operation. You can schedule an appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393).

Perfect size. Easy to use. Still figuring out all the options but so far so good.
