I called because I thought that perhaps the back lighting for the panel was off. I was told that the LED clock was the light . The image shown here is not what I have. I have to put on all the lights in order to read the various time elements, etc. Have asked others and they have agreed that it is really very difficult to read.

Easy to use and not as load as my old one! Stainless doesnt seem to smudge as bad as the old one and installed it within 1.5 hours.

I bought this as a replacement for a similar model I bought 14 years ago. I wish the mounting holes were in the same places, but that's nitpicking. Overall very pleased.

Was only 4 years old- bought the same one because the mounting brackets will-of course- be exactly the same so much easier to mount. Everything else on this microwave has been great! Really love the feature of hitting the # and it begins cooking for that length of time - no need to hit Start!
