I notice the plate was constantly rattling and making noise. the worker that install the microwave said he notice that it was missing the ringer that goes under the plate. The holes for the microwave were just a tad bit off from the holes drilled for our previous GE which was annoying when installing. Otherwise nice product.

Fits above stove very nicely even though I have an older home.

I only gave it 4 stars as it is very dark and very hard to read the numbers especially at night. No lights come on. Husband said the same thing!

It looks very similar to my original and fit in the restricted space with only minor adjustments. I was concerned about installation because small differences in bolt locations can make it tough. But it comes with a new wall mounting bracket with paper template for checking hole alignments. That made it a much simpler installation. The multiple speed fan is much quieter than the previous one. The control panel is straight forward and I had no trouble programming it...I am not naturally good at this type thing. It seems to cook significantly more efficiently than the previous one. It rates about 20% less power, but heats water and food in about 20% faster. Wow.

I was expecting to have to pay twice as much to get an over the range unit. It was so easy to install that my tenant dis it themselves. It is up and working great.
