    We needed a new microwave to replace one we'd had for 12 years. We had just purchased a stainless steel refrigerator so wanted to match it. The one we got was rated good on Consumer Reports at number 3. The control panel is quite different than our old one but it does have some new features I'm getting used to using. It looks very nice and very pleased with it.

    For a nice basic microwave it’s just what we wanted. We don’t cook in our microwave so having the option to have something that looks nice, does what you want, has a light and performs is a joy. Plus….saves counter space! Nothing better!!!

    Thought it was very strange that when this microwave was installed the total tech man did not leave an instruction book. Although I know how to work a microwaves head I had one for over 20 years it would’ve been nice to know what the settings were for different foods.

    This microwave is a newer version of one I've had for 20 years. It is a nice appliance but it does not have all of the features of the older one. No surface light timer, no one- touch re-heat and others.

    It took a few more minutes than expected to have the warehouse staff pull down the microwave. Aside from that, the sales person was pleasant, professional, and fast. Once pulled down, we had it loaded in my car in 1 min!

    This is a great microwave. We replaced our old GE that was almost identical and that one was 15 years old. It fit right in and the family uses all the different features. The auto popcorn is the favorite, I'm sure. Doesn't burn the small bags.

    Pretty easy to install for any decent handyman. Fan is a bit noisy but it works well. We will see how well it holds up.
