    It takes a good yank and push to open and close the door. Therefore, I'm concerned how the door will hold up in the long run. Our old GE from the 90's had a better mounting system.

    For the most Parts a very good microwave have had just a few issues with the buttons not working so I have had to unplug it and plug it back in and everything has started working again this issue only happened when we first bought it but have not had to do that since the first time.

    Over all easy install i am in construction so that might have helped. You do need two people works a lot better on installing it. Looks nice had good reviews.

    Great easy to use and easy to mount. I did the mounting myself with my friend helping with the lifting but easy. Replaced another GE microwave I just love GE microwaves.

    This is a replacement microwave and the unit fit perfectly in the space available. It took a little getting used to the new buttons and how to work it, but it work fine.

    Unfortunately the microwave was missing parts and the manual, so although I saved a little money buying it "open box", I had to waste time figuring out how to install it without the bracket, screws, correct plate, and I had to buy the missing grease filters. I called Best Buy to get the filters, but they said that since it's open box, they were not required to help me.

    Spent 3 hours at Lowe’s trying to buy this microwave for them to tell me they don’t have in. Even thou it should 9 in stock. Rolled up to Best Buy and was in and out in 5 mins. The man even load it into our car!

    hard to navigate icons if you add more time after meal is heated to warm up you have to open the door then shut it so that you can do the cook time if you do not do this procedure it will beep to alert you your dish is ready even though you need to heat it up again sales rep said the mounting holes my old ge microwave used would line up with the newer model-WRONG had to drill new holes to hang this unit
