All in all happy with the purchase especially for a last minute need; best thing it was in my price point.

Unfortunately, though this seemed comparable, it is lacking a few of the features we used frequently (like silencing the sound on the keypad and alarm). Also, the surface lights on this are a dim warm light instead of a bright white LED. Outside of those two things, it has worked just fine and will serve the purpose.

A mistake was made using the code for Bisque instead of the white code. However, we discovered this error a couple of days before delivery and Best Buy helped find us a white microwave before delivery. The microwave was installed by Danny, who is very knowledgeable about the install and the operation of the microwave. We are very satisfied with the microwave so far. We have only had it five days, but it seems to operate like we wanted.
