    This was a replacement unit so the size was important. the back side was dented (inside the packed delivery box) but it doesn't appear to affect the way it works. The biggest complaint is that you can't read the buttons unless the kitchen is well lit. Previous microwaves had White letters on a black background.

    I've had the same microwave for 20 years and when it broke I wasn't sure what to do! I went to Best buy and had a wonderful associate who helped me with what I needed. He did not try to sell me the most expensive thing or the trendiest one. I wanted the same brand and a simple one and that's exactly what he showed me... So appreciative!

    I think this microwave is great. I love the quick cook buttons and many of the functions. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact the internal light is very dim and hard to see what's cooking during the daytime. It was mentioned in an earlier review about the poor internal light not being bright enough.

    It was an open-box item but in otherwise perfect condition, and it was at a steal, so I drove an hour to the next nearest Best Buy to purchase it and I don't regret it. The box is way bigger than I imagined, so take a truck or SUV (or a car with a bigger trunk than my Prius). Well worth the investment!
