Would love if these companies would use the same brace for install, we've had 3 different ones and by the time you install the 3rd you're drywall is completely weakened.

He gave me a very different price for installation than what I was told when I called to schedule the installation. I did not have the item delivered to save on the delivery fee, but then found out even though I didn't have it delivered, if I wanted it installed, I still have to pay the delivery fee. This was not told to me when I purchased the item. So, I decided to bit the bullet and go ahead and pay the fee, but then I was told I would not know the delivery day until the day before the delivery, and I would not be told the time window of the delivery until the day of the delivery. With my job, that was not possible, so I returned the item and purchased it elsewhere where I was able to schedule the delivery (no charge) and installation well in advance. Because I returned the item, I cannot comment on the performance of the item. I'll review the microwave on the site of the place I purchased it from.

I don’t. Care for the timer that doesn’t shut off until you hit the button (instead of beeping at you every 30 seconds) but otherwise it’s a gem.

If you dont have a exhaust vent duct, can be setup in recycle mode and use the extractor without problems.

For around 250 dollars, this is a solid product and it gets the job done. My only complaint is that it makes an unusual noise after running for 20-30 secs. But so far no problem noticed.
