    I had this same microwave for seven years and was please with it for that length of time, unfortunately it stopped working. I was unable to have it repaired as they did not make parts for that model any longer. However, I was able to find this model which is almost the same and fits perfectly in the same spot as the other one.

      The installation requirements have to be met to ensure proper installation. These requirements can be found in the "Mounting Space" section on pg. 6 of the Installation Instructions.     When I purchased this microwave, I was asked if I had a plug for power and said yes. However, I was not asked if the outlet was above the microwave in a cabinet. It would have been helpful to know that I had to have the outlet in the cabinet above.

    This was a replacement for our 15 year old unit. Works well so far. Only negative is that it should have lighted digital buttons as it’s hard to see the pad numbers at night

    It took a lot of time to install because the cupboards were not square and it was difficult to use the templates because of it. So ended up having to drill more holes in order to match up the top screws. Once installed it worked great and was easy to setup. Really like the fan, timer, and functions.

    Never had a microwave handle break on me unti now. This is how much GE charges for the entire handle replacement. The same as what the microwave actually costs! Smh
