    Works as intended. Only issue is the digital display is always flashing/ glitching when not in use. 2 and a half years old. Everything still functions as normal.

    Buttons are very stiff and multiple selection order is not intuitive but I'm getting used to the order of things. Buttons do not seem to be in a logical order but that may be because I was used to my old one and these buttons are located in a different order.

    Excellent curbside delivery experience. This was a replacement installation (replacing an earlier GE uWave), so there was no need to drill new holes for mounting, mated up perfectly to original mounting bracket. All around - a very good experience

    I use my microwave daily for defrosting and reheating. I have not used it for cooking. I am very pleased with this product. It heats more quickly and operates quieter than the microwave I replaced. The vent fan works well to take away steam, etc. when I am cooking on stove top.

    I had a Samsung Microware that is 8 years old and stopped working, I went out to buy a new one and found this GE model. It is excellent for the money and has all the features I need. Only one thing I wish this microwave should have is "backlit keypad".

    Operating this GE microwave is similar to my old replaced GE micowave. However, the major drawback is that it doesn't have a backlighted keypad.

    Pros: Nice looking, easy to use microwave, good price Cons: Not fingerprint resistant; not as powerful (even on P-10) as my old microwave For the little bit I use a microwave, it's just fine

We are really happy to hear that you are satisfied with the appearance, price, and usability of your microwave, but we can definitely understand how your dissatisfaction with the cleanability and performance would be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused for you. Looking into it, we do have a few steps that may help you get the use you need out of your microwave. We do have a cleaning guide for the outside of the unit to keep it looking beautiful. For the most part, we recommend using a sudsy cloth on the case and then wiping it thoroughly dry. More information including the cleaning methods for the control panel is available on page 15 of the use and care manual.
