Works! Looks nice and priced right. LED is a little bright, but not a dealbreaker.

This is a newer unit of what I had before, there are some improvements but the buttons were moved around so it will require getting use to. The removal of the front vent from the old design is much needed improvement overall excellent and affordable unit.

Nice looking microwave. Easy to install and doesn't break the bank. Great cooking performance and sensor cook is dead on. A++

Good microwave. Fit well, but be aware that if you have any solid surface on the hinge side, you will need about 1/4” for the door swing to clear.

It's perfect! I just hope that it last longer than the other one.

This was one of those times I made the mistake of buying online rather than in store and basing my decision on reviews Best Buy included in their ad. Total mistake. It is flimsy and not well made. Quality is the worst I have ever seen. The door does not close, it slams and can be heard next door. Pure metal to metal contact. Just awful. Catch 22. I can return it but that's a money losing option because I lose the $100+ I paid to have it installed and then will need to pay again to have the replacement installed. I'm saving you from making my mistake.

this was the microwave that my daughter picked out.

product was available as advertised. customer service from clerk was excellent, however I ha to wait almost 20 minutes.

When I opened the box there was a dent on the back of the microwave. It seems to be working just fine and can't see the dent. But want to go on record that htere was a dent just in case I have trouble later.

Just what I wanted and at a terrific price too. So very nice that your store has things in stock to "purchase and take with you." Thank you for saving me the cost of delivery.

I ordered a like new microwave that came damaged and then took almost 4 weeks and a cancellation of pick up to get it returned. Stay away from any deals. Do not buy out of box on anything! Did the same with a computer and that had to be repairs within a month.. do not buy unless brand new in box!

We bought this microwave but during installation noticed some hardware was missing. Took it back to Best Buy. Our installer put in the new one. Once installed, I noticed the handle was squared and not the rounded handle we ordered. It was too much trouble to go back to Best Buy a third time to get the right one so we’re living with it but I’m so disappointed every day. I really loved the one I had originally ordered. Also, the buttons are not placed in user friendly order.

Microwave itself is great but the fan comes on when you cook and it’s loud !!! It is the fan that wouid come on to cool the space when using the stove … and it’s like it comes on high … terrible feature …It was a hassle getting in to the space so we kept it but I would have taken it back if I could have … my vote was vetoed by the installer of the house !!!

I took off 1 star because they changed the location of the buttons. Also to reheat items, too many options - harder to decide. The add 30 seconds button is really a good feature.

Replaced my 16 yr old GE micro with this new one , so far so good , miss a few features of the old one ( ex timer for night light ) however overall pretty satisfied , Don't think it will last as long as the older one ( Planned obsolence)

Installation was straight forward with the template provided. Controls button order is not logical, but probably a matter of preference. Price was reasonable.
