My favorite part is that the vent fan is not loud and obnoxious but subtle while still getting the job done. The buttons can be a little difficult to push but that could be because it is still fairly new.

We are really happy to hear that you are satisfied with the appearance, price, and usability of your microwave, but we can definitely understand how your dissatisfaction with the cleanability and performance would be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused for you. Looking into it, we do have a few steps that may help you get the use you need out of your microwave. We do have a cleaning guide for the outside of the unit to keep it looking beautiful. For the most part, we recommend using a sudsy cloth on the case and then wiping it thoroughly dry. More information including the cleaning methods for the control panel is available on page 15 of the use and care manual. Old Microwave Died and Replaced it with this one

It was easy to install and it has been working fine. It is even quieter than the old one. This was much more economical for me than some of the more expensive microwaves and has suited our needs.

My old one blew up right before Christmas and this is the one I liked most that was available for pickup right away. It has been a very good microwave so far. It has a bunch of room inside of it and a lot of functions for cooking.

The fan comes on automatically if it senses smoke for a long period of time. It also has two lights one for each side of the stove which helps when cooking.

Drove the hour back to Bestbuy to exchange it. Oh wait they don’t have them in stock. I had to buy another one and wait 5 weeks for the new one to get into stock and return the old one.But, the manager did let us use the old one until the new one came in. Which we did appreciate! obviously it didn’t work very good because the food wouldn’t cook very evenly with out the spinning turntable. Only reason we bought another one, was so that it would match the rest of our appliances. Fingers crossed that the new one works.

It looks beautiful above our stove. I do wish the number panel had some lighting on it; we have to use a flashlight or turn on all the room lights to see it at night

Good microwave for cooking and timing.

The ability to use the timer while the cook time is functioning is VERY convenient. All choices, such as popcorn, beverages, etc., work very accurately. Situated above my stove, it makes a great appearance.

The vent stays running no matter if you’re defrosting or heating up food. The temp could be at high settings and yet what normally would take 1 minute on my last one takes an additional 30 seconds to minute extra. Not very happy with this item and could have purchased a 50 dollar one that would have done a better job at what it was intended to do.

The door sounds tinny and loud when it shuts, the panel for selecting time does not light up…., can’t read the numbers cuz they are black. Takes longer to heat up/cook items in 30 second mode…and other numbers selected…set on 10. Would like to replace if I could.
