fairly easy to install and works great. So far we are quite happy with it and we use our microwave a lot. This unit replaced a similar one that had gone bad, so swapping out the one that was two years old with this one was fairly easy with only a few of the mounting holes needing to be adjusted.

Intuitive to use. Looks good, clean design. Not noisy in use. One con- Interior lighting could be better distributed. Interior light is at upper right side only. Lighting not a show stopper and overall is a well made item for this price range.

it does the job, sometimes would have to heat it longer in get the food warmed enough, its okay. fits above the range.

My microwave went out and they no longer made the model I had and this was the latest version. I was hesitant but it was super easy to install and the controls are just as simple as my previous one. The stainless is very easy to clean and doesnt leave finger prints.

I had an older model of this microwave. I liked it so I replaced it with the newer model. Yes, the door is loud and doesn't feel as sturdy as before. This doesn't bother me so I rate it a 5. I hope it lasts as good as the previous one.

The microwave worked wonderfully and as expected for 3 weeks when the right surface light burned out. My last microwave lasted 15 years with no burned out lights! Apparently the lights on this model are a problem as reviews indicated and which I had not seen. Bulbs can break in socket and are VERY difficult to remove. They also are expensive to replace like $18. Best Buy resolved the problem and sent a geek squad to change the defective bulb, but they advised that this would be the only time. So far, so good, but it is something to consider especially since I only had the thing for 3 weeks.

Works like it should. I have no complaints. When going by instructions on many prepackaged foods, this microwave will be done a good 30 seconds less than indicated. I'm really happy I upgraded from a microwave that takes up counter space. Spend the extra bucks for this.

Perfect size, does exactly what I want it to and was a great price.

Our previous GE microwave broke, so we replaced it with this model. It runs a bit louder than the last one, but given when and how we use it, that’s not an issue. The buttons and operation are very similar to our previous model, making the transition easy.

I hate doing reviews too early on appliances because usually they work good in the beginning and then you find out the bugs but so far it's been almost 6 months of multiple daily uses and it works like a champ. Nice styling for a microwave and the price is reasonable. Lots of settings, too many but I guess someone uses them. So far so good. Happy with my purchase.

I've had the microwave about a month and have been very pleased with it. It replaced a previous model GE 1000-watt unit. and the performance is approximately the same. I especially like the Beverage heating feature. Instead of having a single setting for all size mugs, it's possible to set it for 4oz, 8oz, 12oz or 16oz. Defrost can be by weight or by time and the turntable can be turned off if desired.

Very good microwave. Slightly smaller than others which allows more space over the oven. The controls are good and it works very well. Only minor negative, the time of day display is hard to read because the numbers are too close together.

Delivery and Installation team were promt, efficient, friendly and quick! They knew what they were doing and didn’t waste time. Excellent service ovet other stores by far!

This item is awesome very quiet and easy to use very happy with it.

I had to replace a GE Cafe microwave, but I didn't really need all the features. I really only need the microwave to reheat food and beverages, not for cooking and this serves the purpose. I like that you can just press 1, 2 or 3 and it heats it to the corresponding minutes - no need to press start. I picked the cheapest GE model, but the next level up is nice, too, if you don't mind spending the extra hundred. It has an interior "coating" that makes it easy to clean. You don't really think you need it until you start cleaning the splatter. Then you wish you took the option.
