I installed this microwave in my rental unit and I have had no complaints over the last year.

Purchased this microwave as a replacement for our GE OTR that stopped working. This microwave works great, looks modern & sleek, cooks quick and heats evenly. We had an outside installer and he was able to install the microwave with ease.

Great for the price ;and quality it works fine either cooking or heating up any type of food and very please with this microwave I will definitely recommend it very easy settings

The G.E. JVM3160DFCC Microwave Oven fit perfectly. I was impressed the first time I used it to heat something for three minutes. The item came out hot, the ingredients were heated, looked appealing and delicious to eat unlike the previous unit which tended to burn and hardened the texture of the food that was heated. I like the way the display window tells you that your food is ready, The lights under the microwave clearly illuminate the stove top cooling area with no shadows. We made Pop Secret Movie Theater Popcorn and followed the instructions, ON THE BAG, and the popcorn came out PERFECT. I felt like I was in the walk in movie theater... the popcorn was soft, well heated and only a few kernals were leftover. Yes, buy this microwave to replace your old GE over the oven unit. The two Best Buy install team members were quick and cleaned up after themselves. **** TWO THUMBS UP!

Bought this as a replacement in my rental to replace the original that finally went out.

Excellent product and the Installation team were on time and efficient.

Haven't installed it yet but I am replacing the same unit I purchased years ago. My wife likes it and after 58 years I listen!

We just replaced our original 17 year old microwave and what an improvement. It matches our Kitchen Aid double oven and is very quiet compared to the old one. We only use it for water and minor heating but it's great The light is brighter in high and low. The low is a perfect night light.

Just a couple days using it. A longer time is when problems usually start. We'll see what happens later In general its looking and working good.

As a fan of GE appliances I naturally looked at this one. I'm certainly glad I bought it because the price is excellent & it does everything I need & more! I especially love the turntable & the "add 30 secs" button. It's efficient & fits perfectly in the space. Would definitely recommend!

The microwave was easy to install. Directions were simple and works great. A nice addition

I bought this as a replacement for my old identically sized microwave. The new model has many similarities and several nice improvements. The only negative is the control panel is difficult to read without direct lighting.., even in daylight hours.

First unit I ordered arrived damaged. With the assistance of the appliance manager, I was able to order another one and receive it in a timely manner of only 6 days. I'm pleased with the new unit.

This range is easy to use and uncomplicated. This is why we purchased it. Love many of the options of just pushing the # and it goes (1=a minute, 2=two minutes, etc.). It looks great, but wish it was flush with a push area to open instead of the handle.

It is working without any issue. Easy installation.

Was restricted by size (small space) so was limited to a smaller microwave but this one had everything we needed. Have had it for 6 months and no problems. I have become a fan of GE products as we also have a washer & drier and have had no problems. All have clean lines and are simple to use.

The microwave was exactly as advertised, and fortunately fit directly in the same bracket and opening as the old microwave. It is intuitive and easy to use. I would highly recommend this.

Our old microwave died and we needed a replacement. We bought basically the same model as the old one that had served us for 10 years. Aside from some of the buttons being in different places, which took a little getting used to, it does the same job as the old one. We are not heavy duty users, but it does get used daily and performs everything asked of it. It is a basic over the stove microwave without a whole lot of bells and whistles, but the only criticism I have is that the latches that hold the door closed were metal and are now plastic and not as sturdy. I knocked off one star for that. Otherwise we are perfectly happy with it.

My microwave quit after 18, years this one was fairly priced and with total tech the installation was included. The tech was fast, personable and professional.
