Very happy with this microwave! We had to change the surface light to a halogen 20W bulb as the bottom of microwave was extremely hot to touch.

This is a nice product and the price was right. Was looking for an inexpensive, clean appliance and found it.

The low score is solely because I bought this microwave to replace my microwave which had died. This is the "updated" version of the GE microwave I had so I was expecting a simple pop-out/pop-in switch. However, every single connection point to the wall and cabinet had changed resulting in needing to replace the back-support and drill new holes in the cabinet to mount the microwave. Had I known all this I'd maybe have gone with a different microwave altogether. Microwave itself works as one would expect.

replaced an older GE microwave that was showing it's age. Good features, great price. Pay careful attention to the installation instructions and you won't have any issues.

When our Kenmore broke we were just looking for a replacement- this met our needs. It’s a nice microwave easy to learn all functions.

Somewhat concerned for the rotating tray and fan. Tray occasionally makes a loud, almost grinding sound when it stops. Fan also makes a weird sound periodically when it comes to a stop. Install was straightforward. Bracket was in exact same position as the previous, so install was easier.

After many years of use out microwave died. Found this one on BestBiy.com. It was just what we needed and at s good price. Curbside pick-up was very easy.

I had a white model just like this one that I'd purchased a couple of months ago. We were pleased with it and went with the same model in a stainless steel as we transitioned our kitchen. Works great

Great over the range microwave with lots of great features that our old one did not. The light is much brighter & the fan is stronger. The control panel is hard to read.

I purchased GE microwave couple of months ago so far it works well.

This microwave was perfect as a replacement for an 18 year old over the range microwave that finally died. Inexpensive, easy install. One disappointment is that there is no rack.
