I love this microwave it is very quite, was easy to install and it looks great.

Easy to use and great features like one button pushing. Only downside is the numbers, etc. are very difficult to read.

This has proved to be an excellent appliance. It was affordable and (fairly) easy to install. Its major virtues are that it isn't that loud and that the touch panel is admirably simple.

Door is really clunky, keypad takes effort to push, loud, no control anymore for the beeper. Do like the fact you can turn off the turntable. Had my other one for over 16 years. Hope this one last as long.

The GE 1.6 cu. ft. over the range microwave is a very good microwave. I’ve had one more than 12 years with no problems. Now I’m hoping to get at least 12 years out of my new one. Easy to install.

Replacement Microwave. Installation was easy (but heavy..60lbs) Ours is vented to the outside, watch out, the microwave comes default configured for that. Microwave works great, love the express buttons for 1 to 6 minutes. The button for selecting custom times is somewhat awkwardly placed, but we got used to it. Exhaust fan works great, but is a "little" noisy. Overall an easy 5 stars.

This micrewave does everything you will ever need it to do. It is simple to use and program, Cannot beat it for the money.

I took measurements of my old microwave and verified that this one had the same dimensions. However, upon installation, this microwave projects out from the wall over my stove almost an additional inch. This is because this microwave's mounting hardware attaches to the back splash wall. My old microwave was attached to the cupboard above it, so there was nothing between the back of that microwave and the back splash wall. At first, I was really upset about this extra projection. I was also worried that the indoor venting (I don't have a vent pipe to the outside) would blow upwards into the cupboard above it since the exhaust vent points upward (my old microwave's vent blew straight out into the room which was awful for us tall people because it would blow directly into our eyes). However, this extra projection into the room actually ensured that the exhaust vents completely cleared the cupboard doors and therefore I don't have to worry about warping the wood. The microwave feels solid. Some microwave doors feel plastic and flimsy, but this one feels very solid. The handle feels sturdy (you simply jerk on the handle to pull the door open, there is not a button to press to pop open the door). The keypad doesn't seem to collect any finger prints. The turntable is surprisingly large and moves quietly during operation. I like that this microwave has a feature to stop the turntable from rotating. This feature is really helpful when I've put in a 13"x9" casserole dish of leftovers to reheat.

My 18 year old GE Microwave died and after looking at several 2018 models/makes in my Best Buy store and online, I decided to go with a GE that fit the space over my cook top, was shiny black and had a similar panel to our previous one, so that my husband could figure out how to use it. When it was installed and plugged in, I noticed that the panel was almost unreadable - there was very little contrast between the pale, white lettering and the black background on the buttons. On my 18 year old panel (and online), the lettering is distinct. Now I must put on reading glasses to see the words. The door has a window, but I can't see what my food is doing during cooking, reheating, etc. due to the heavy black grid on the glass. The interior light inside is very dim, as well. The digital time on the panel is an extremely, bright white, unlike all of my other digital appliance clocks, temperatures, etc. which are green. I like the beverage button on this microwave because it gives you choices in ounces - 4, 8, 12, 16 oz. Also, the size of the turntable is large enough to accommodate dinner plates and glass baking dishes.

The product is really nice love it, but the experience with Best Buy was horrible. I don’t know whether I will shop at Best Buy again. I think nobody knew what they were doing rude and they canceled my delivery and didn’t even contacted me very unhappy

Can't find any flaws. Easy to install. Easy to operate. Can't beat the price for the great job it does. Haven't had any problems.

Very good microwave. easy to install. Large family size with many options buttons. Easy for children to use.

Replaced an older model of the same make and model. Pleased overall with performance and build quality. Sensitivity of the touch pad is much less than the old model so has taken some time to get use to. Original model lasted 8 years, though we did pop a lot of popcorn, which is not recommended by many reviewers. Also, we mainly used the burner under the control panel in the stove below without turning on the exhaust fan, also not recommended. We are being more careful with the new model and hope that it will last at least the predicted 10 years, hopefully longer. We had it installed by Best Buy, will not do this again due to a bad experience with their contracted installer.

Perfect!! So easy to use, quiet and fits the space nicely. Price was good , too.
