The people who helped me find it and buy it were helpful and efficient. I liked the service so much that I went back to Best Buy for a different purchase just a week later. The microwave was easy to install and works perfectly.

I had a GE that was old and wasn't heating properly. I love the shortcut keys on this one. Also, it is very quiet. Also like the fact that it does NOT have the vented thing going on at the very top like the old one. Stylish, easy to use. Good value for the price.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This unit replaces an older GE model with a faulty magnetron (2yr run). So far, it works well and has adequate features that meet my needs. Hopefully it lasts longer than the one it replaced.

This unit is much more substantial than the old one and fits perfectly in the space above the range. It warms up the food evenly because the turntable spins the food around to insure it gets thoroughly cooked. It looks so much nicer than the old unit and helped to update the kitchen.

The vent fan could do a better job of getting rid of smoke/fumes but that seems to be the case on all over the range microwaves. The ability to turn off the turntable is nice when you have a large/oblong dish.

Looks good Cooks good Easy to install Great price Would have given it 5 stars if not for our only complaint. The buttons are very hard to press..really takes some effort!
