Microwave looks nice, works well, is very quiet and was easy to install.

It was easy to install and is easy to operate. This one is the quietest microwave I have owned.

I find the panel of numbers and prompts nearly impossible to read. I always need my eye glasses, as they are so faint. I didn't see it on "the floor", so was not aware it's so reflective. I can't send photo this way. Tnx for asking. I do appreciate the one press of numbers I need.

Replaced existing over the range microwave. Fits the space perfectly. Performs as expected. Handy permanent quick reference info inside the microwave for reheating items etc. Did not mention in the description the clock display was white. Stove clock display is green.

It was a very good microwave for the price you sell it for. It looks very good with my other stainless steel appliances.

Replaced similar model that reached the end of its useful life after 11 years. Has many very useful features, good look, and quiet operation. However, Best Buy was not able to execute standard free-of-charge installation. Because the unit required a tool and skills that Best Buy does not equip its installers to have, I had to hire a local crew from Bally, PA.

Works well. Easy instructions. Nothing fancy. Well worth price.

All good except the door is a bit misaligned which makes the front looking a bit crooked.

Microwave has adequate features and is user friendly. It performed well until it started to fail just 3 months past the warranty end date. Item Installed 5/31/23. Sound panel began to fail on 9/1/25. Total tech extended warranty is misleading as it states the purchase is covered for an additional 24 months. However, according to C/S Rep. the warranty is only extended for 12 months beyond the manufacturers 12 month warranty. The 24 month extended warranty only applies to APPLE products. One Star Rating based on the fact that we as consumers should not have to be replacing appliances every two years, and if that is what things are coming to, then the microwave should have been priced at $50.00 to $75.00. Very disappointed with GE...They used to build quality products.

After doing research on CR, and reviews on Best Buy, one of the reasons I purchased this product was that it claimed to have 2 lights for the stove-top (not the typical one bulb), and the online manual confirmed it was two 40-watt incandescent bulbs. However, when it was installed (same product #), I discovered that GE changed that feature to a single 30-watt halogen bulb. Was really not happy about that. But the microwave itself works fine, and other than the above, I'm happy with it. But I feel a bit bamboozled by the take-away.

A good over the range microwave for the price. This is my second one ( I bought one just like this about 10 years ago) and that one performed well. Nothing will last long when your kids microwave metal, which is why I had to replace the last one. Easy to install and very easy to use.

This GE Microwave was purchased as a replacement. Best Buy offered quick delivery and installation and indeed it was. The unit is quiet and very easy to operate. There are so many features that we have not tried all of them yet however we are confident in this purchase.

We bought this to replace our non-functioning Kenmore. The price was right in my opinion. However, installation was a little more difficult than we thought. I'm sure there will be some know-it-all that will read this and say, "how hard could it have been?" We had to take the metal plates installed with the old microwave and drill different holes for this different model. So far, it works well. However, it has only been in use for about two months.

I love the way the microwave operates, but I can’t believe the handle snapped off so soon. I’m not rough with it, and I wouldn’t even say it gets used everyday. I called for a replacement handle and they want $58! I’m not even sure if I’d be able to replace the handle without knowing how to completely disassemble the door. The screws are located INSIDE the door. To replace the whole door, it’s $148! I might as well spend $200 and buy another brand that isn’t a cheap piece of junk. There is also a crack in the plastic on the bottom of the door.Even though the model number is different, this is exactly what my microwave looks like, so I’m assuming this is the new version. My model # JVM3162RJ1SS

When our counter top microwave failed, we wanted to replace it with an under cabinet unit. This was among the more cost effective units and it has exceeded our expectations. In addition to being easy to install and configure, we were pleasantly surprised to find how quiet it is when operating. The two brightness settings on the lights were also very helpful.
