The microwave oven is attractive, efficient and has many features like reheating, cooking potatoes and popcorn and defrosting. It's much easier to use than the old one I had before purchasing the GE. It's stainless steel and will not crack nor will the handle fall off like plastic models sometimes do. I'm very satisfied with its performance and its sturdiness.

Color and size is perfect and very easy to use. Great quality

This microwave came with easy instructions. It is quiet, easy to clean and warms and cooks things fast and efficiently. We appreciate that it was in store for us to pick up instead of waiting for a delivery like most other stores.

I would give this negative stars if I could but the lowest it allows is one. We installed and same day one of the buttons got stuck, loud beeping occurred and no button worked to shut off or change setting. Had to unplug it to shut it off. A few days pass and the keypad shows nothing but it turned on by itself and the plate was spinning with light on with no way to shut it off. Had to unplug it again. This product is clearly defective and now I’m stuck beyond the return window with a defective, dangerous microwave that turns itself on and won’t shut off

My last GE microwave was about the same and lasted us over 12 years and still running. No issues at all. Giving it 4 stars as the door feels and bit clumsy and makes a big noise while closing it. In addition was hoping the heating would improve with lesser time. Not to be the case same time. There are other companies which heat up quicker for lesser price. Overall looking for the same lasting performance but too early to say as it’s been over a month.

Technically this is not mine. My girlfriend's microwave went out (still runs but the clock and keyboard all messed up) from the one that was put in when she bought her house. My goal was to install a new one while she was bring Teenager away to college. I purchased this one, not realizing it was the exact module - fit perfectly, same brackets, same mounting bolts. I even put a pretty bow on it. She arrived back from her trip, and discovered a completely new microwave. ;-) Mission accomplished. It works perfectly, matches the kitchen appliances. Thank you Best Buy, I doubt I could have found the perfect replacement anywhere else.

Works great. The first one as bent and installed incorectly

Easy to install. Replaced an older microwave that had a broken door. It fit with easy modifications to the existing mounting holes.

Initially I was very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased what I thought was the same microwave it was replacing. However the exhaust, plug, and mounting bracket were different and my installation turned into a cabinetry session. That aside, this microwave is great. The functions are easier to use. It is easier to clean. And most noticeably, it is quieter. Disappointed I had to drill new holes and cut out a new pattern from my cabinet, but the microwave cost less than its previous incarnation and is a big improvement.

This microwave is really easy to use and works great! It was also really easy to install. It had the correct holes and wasn’t that heavy to hold up while putting the screws in.
