Bought this to replace a similar Samsung Microwave. It was easy to install, looks great and has lots of features. Pleased so far.

Item was in stock and ready for pickup on the date promised. I arrived to pick it up and a BB Team Member asked me to get my vehicle and park near the doors. That person carted the item out and loaded it for me. Unexpected by me but very appreciated. Great customer service.

Granted I was updating a dinosaur of a microwave but was amazed to hear or not hear how quiet this is. I needed a smaller size for my kitchen and this more than fits the bill. Beverage and defrost settings are spot on.

The microwave works really well and is very easy to keep clean. I like that it has a one button touch preset for 30 seconds, 1, 2,3, 4, 5, AND 6 minutes. This is very convenient. The other presets (popcorn, beverage, reheat, defrost, etc.) have all worked very well. The vent fan doesn’t suck up much, but it has 2 settings, though it is very loud. The vent will automatically go on if the stove beneath gets too hot. It was not easy to install, but we were retrofitting it after our old one broke, so maybe that was to be expected. Overall, solid appliance.

So far so good. Easy install. Simple directions. Very user-friendly.

This is not one of those microwave ovens that have all imaginable bells and whistles on them. All it does is microwave food and it does a great job of it. In my case it replaced a name brand microwave that did not reach full cooking temperature. If you wonder why I did not attempt to repair our former microwave, which happened to be under warranty, it was because I would have had to take the microwave off the wall for repair and then be responsible for putting it back on the wall. If you decide to buy the warranty, make sure you are not responsible for removing it from the wall.

I like the controls on GE microwaves better than any others that I have seen. Easy to select microwave times with a single button press. This microwave is powerful and relatively quiet. Nice appearance too.

Installed easily after removing the old Sharp unit. Basic controls, nothing fancy, but that was what we wanted. Very quiet - hardly know it's working. Matches well with newer GE range.

The microwave arrived on the date intended. All parts were included. The instructions for installation were pretty easy to follow. The width and depth were as advertised. It looks and works great.

Kitchen remodel required new above the range microwave. So far only complaint is that the display looks outdated. Clock is always showing time but the LED display looks like a 90's alarm clock.Apparent dot looking numbers that are too closely spaced. It is above our new stove which has a more modern LED display making the microwave look even more dated. Unit seems to work well and was no challenge to the contractor installation.
