Well, that is because I am a good cook, but, this helps when reheating. I installed my self, and it was pretty easy - standard microwave and good for the price.

I love this microwave! It replaced another GE microwave of the same size. I was able to use the old microwave hanger on the wall. However, I had to drill new mounting holes in the cabinet that is over the microwave to line up with the hole pattern on this microwave. It comes with a hole template, but read the instructions on the hole template carefully.

We're very happy with the GE microwave oven. Easy to operate. Powerful. Good looking. Smooth transaction at Best Buy start to finish.

Nice looking, functional, over the range microwave. I love the GE products with the exception of the refrigerator - ridiculous to pay over $50 for a water filter with a "chip" in it.

The microwave works fine, the problem is I can’t get the fan to turn off. I read the directions, followed them, but it still goes on every time I use the microwave. It is loud and annoying when not needed. I was thinking of returning it, but installation is too hard, so I’m putting up with the noise.

Bought this one instead of the old GE JVM 1630 that I had, which finally gave up the ghost and repairing it would cost more than this model. This one is, in a word, disappointing. Pros: it's about the same size so it fit ok in the existing space. It also has 2 vent fan speeds and placement of the vent is about the same as on the old one, so I did not have to change the duct. But otherwise I think it doesn't stack up to the 10+ year old model. It seems flimsy, LED display is smaller than on the old model, turntable is also smaller. It's a lot louder when it's running and seems to not be as powerful - heating up a cup of water in the old oven took 1.5 minutes, but this one does not get it hot enough on the same amount of time. It looks and feels cheap. I bought this one after reading the online manual thinking that I can reuse the holes from the old mounting, but the unit I got has a 'new installation' kit, which only has small horizontal bracket, instead of a large rectangular bracket that I expected. So I still had to drill 3 new holes in the wall. Placement of top retaining screws is also different, so 2 more new holes had to drilled in the bottom of the cupboard. So overall lots of work for quality and looks that doesn't compare to a 10 year old model.

Bought this to replace the same built in Microwave we'd had for 14 years. More efficient and quieter than the original. Heats quicker and much quieter than the last one and it was easy to install.

This is an excellent product. The device is easy to use, installers had no problems installing it. Directions for use was easy to follow. Works great.

Needed a replacement microwave for a Kenmore. This unit is simple and easy to use. Has all the functions I need and looks nice above the stove. Happy with purchase.

I have been well pleased with the purchase of the Microwave. I was even more pleased with the installation. The person who installed the Microwave had to overcome some obstacles regarding the structure of my house and he did a remarkable job of overcoming the obstacles resulting in a great installation and he did the job himself without help from anyone else. I was very impressed.

Fit the space perfect and simple too install. It also works great.

I placed this order online for store pick-up. I received a call within an hour that the item was ready for pick-up, but there was an issue with the last one in stock and asked that I come by the store to inspect. The salesperson who called and the department manager handled everything in an efficient and satisfactory manner, rewrapping the item after inspection, and delivering it to my car. The microwave is working fine and was easy to install because I was replacing a similar older model.

I REALLY like the microwave! It's quiet, efficient and convenient. No problems there. I appreciated that given the wide window of the appointment, the installers came early. However, they seemed to be in such a hurry to accomplish their mission that they left a mess of sawdust and didn't even wipe out the cupboard above the microwave. They were finished in less than 40 minutes but left a mess behind.

This was highly reviewed and it is living up to its rating. Only had it a month, but Happy can be. Easy to install if you are handy with a drill and screws. Delighted with its ease of use.

This microwave is easy to use and has many other uses than just heating up food.
