I love my new microwave. It cooks very quickly and evenly and it’s so much quieter than the old one I had. The preset buttons are perfect for potatoes, popcorn, etc and I like the turntable feature. The only con I can see with this item is the buttons on the front are very hard to read in low lighting because of the block front. It took a little getting used to learning which buttons are specific functions but. Ownthat ive has it for awhile I really do love it.

I replaced an old microwave with this one and my tenants are so happy. It is easy to use and easy to keep clean. It was a great price

This microwave works great. It fits perfectly in the space over our range and is easy to use. We learned that the "timer" button functions on its own and does not require the start or cancel button.

Install was simple. Functions well. spacious oven, easy to use. Runs quietly. I would buy this one again.

This has performed as I would expect a microwave of this price point would. The "potato" function isn't perfect. I think you need smaller potatoes than we purchase.... or most stores sell.... for it to be spot on (3 potatoes, hit the button 3 times). But Clicking 3 for 2, 4 for 3... that works. Other than that, it is great.

My first one had a dent in the side but took it back for another. The microwave is nice works well & installed easy. Wish there was a channel for the cord to run so you could mount snug to the overhead shelf.

Nice and roomy. It is so quiet I had to put my ear up to it to hear if it was running. I would definitely recommend.

Purchased this microwave to replace my 17 year old GE that finally gave up. This is very similar to the old model so no new learning curve. Same great features and the new one is working well. If this one lasts as long I will be a happy customer. Kudos to Best Buy having it in stock. Other stores said it could be weeks or months before they would have any back in stock.

Have enjoyed this microwave for two years now and very pleased with the cooking and reheating of most any item. The only part we would change is the door is not easy to open and close. It sounds like you are slamming the door...has since day 1. This does not affect the cooking or reheating process, just inconvenient.

His service was fabulous. He was so nice, efficient, informative, clean, and conscious of taking care of my home. I took down the name of his company so that I could call him in the future, if I need his type of service in my home. I really can’t say enough great comments about him. Simply everything that I would want in a service man, along with his assistant.

I am very happy with this purchase. The microwave fits perfectly in the space, which was very important because there is granite on each side, so the measurements were exact. The installation was scheduled without any problems, the installation was fast and well done. The option of having the old equipment removed and recycled was excellent. I am very happy with the product and service.
