Innovated and updated version of my previous microwave.

Our over-the-range microwave died after 15 years of service. Our local Best Buy, Lebanon, NH, surprised us by having this model in stock. It's a new version of the model we had. It's a great microwave and saves precious kitchen space. The instructions were easy.

My old GE microwave died after 27 years. It really served me well and I guess it had to go sometime. I purchased a new GE microwave in stainless steel and had it installed by BestBuy. They did a fantastic job and the technician was friendly and was great at getting microwave installed.

The microwave fits nicely above my stove. It is high powered and serves the purpose at a great price. Excellent Buy!!

The touch-pad is clunky. It takes a heavy push to trigger a control. The design of the controls is poor, and the touch-pad had already to show delamination “rings” around the areas that are used most frequently. I don’t recommend this GE microwave.

This model felt really nice at first. But beware the faulty fuse! If you open the door before the microwave is done cooking it shorts out the entire system. This started happening after about a year... well out of Best Buy's warranty period. You then have to remove the front and top vent in order to replace the fuse. So infuriating. After searching message boards, I found out this is a common issue with this model which we didn't know before buying. Since we bought it we've changed the fuse at least 10 times and it still occurs. Major defect. Avoid buying this model if possible!

It took me a long time to pick a microwave. For the price point and everything about it is just perfect. Couldn’t be more delighted and I question myself before I purchased it and so glad I did

I like it, but the door is a little wobbly. Works great. Looks great. Just that door tho. Could be a little more steady

Okay, as far as microwavesgo... this has been my favorite! The popcorn feature alone makes it worth while. Nice size and features are great. The melt/thaw feature is very good.

Bought this to replace a 15 yr. old GE. Not as well made as the old one, somewhat noisier. Functions are basic, maybe we should have spent more for a higher end model? Hope it lasts as long… I put “yes” to recommend for a friend because they didn’t have a maybe and we haven’t had it long enough!

It’s the bare bones. The size, brand and color was what was needed for a “plug and play” replacement in over the range type. However, nothing is made the way or quality it used to. Now two tabs instead of four tabs on the mounting bracket. Grille vent plate is gone in style to small vents above the door. Smaller turntable plate. Otherwise, it’s working so far.

Liked so far. Bought it since a month and I’m enjoying.

Excellent purchase, it was time to replace my old one and this one is perfect. They isn’t many options with black products so I was happy I came across this one. It look beautiful too
