This is a great product, the fan is great, the vent works amazing and the under the counter built in light is great! The power is exactly what I expected, great product.

One aspect we are very disappointed with is the function display. It is so dark that we have to turn on a light or a flashlight to see it. I thought a light must not be working and checked the product manual and couldn't find a light listed. I looked for reviews and this is a common complaint. It was a good price but I would choose a different product or ask more questions before purchasing.

I read the reviews that’s this microwave has suffered handles being snap off over time or the plastic window to shatter. So far not getting this but that’s why I opted for 5 year warranty. These type of microwave tends to be used a lot and quality will vary by manufacturer and how often you used the microwave? In my case a lot day in day out.

I brought in the manual from my broken microwave and he showed me what the replacement model was. It looks nice and is performing well.
