Reliable and not overly complicated. I wish it had back-lit buttons is probably the biggest things missing, but we can live without that! long live the simple microwave!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately the microwave was missing parts and the manual, so although I saved a little money buying it "open box", I had to waste time figuring out how to install it without the bracket, screws, correct plate, and I had to buy the missing grease filters. I called Best Buy to get the filters, but they said that since it's open box, they were not required to help me.
