We love this microwave. The turn table failed after a day. I contacted GE and was able to set up an appointment through one of their repair shops. They contacted me very quickly and were out fast and fixed the problem as fast as they could even having to wait on parts. GE also contacted to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. The service was excellent and will for sure but GE appliances in the future.

Used multiple times a day. Excellent performance and looks great.

Perfect replacement for my broken Kenmore over the range microwave. Works better than my old one ever did.

My wife wanted a Bisque colored microwave. There aren't many options in this color. The GE had the basic features she desired. The light over the stove is bright. It has two bulbs to illuminate the stove top. We use the defrost feature a lot. Works nicely. The only thing we don't like is the Microwave clock. The numbers on the display are too close together. GE should space them better.

it was easy to install and the cooking buttons are easy to use

Replaced the exact same microwave from 2017. Should have been a quick swap but the bracket and bolt configuration changed making it more difficult to install. Good item for the price. The buttons are not as sensitive and you do have to press harder on them to get them to work.

Replaced our Kenmore microwave that we had for almost 13 years. Same features and so far it been great.

I asked for the brushed nickel and they gave me white. The sales person wasn’t much hep and the he gives me the wrong microwave even after I questioned him and cashier about the difference in price. The microwave works well but the sales people need a little retraining.

This microwave was pretty easy to install because it was a replacement for one of the same size. It works great and was easy to learn!

Nice looking microwave...worry about the latch getting loose or breaking when you open and close the door.

Had to replace the older model and fits perfecy. In fact the inside is larger space.
