It is a nice appliance but it does not have all of the features of the older one. No surface light timer, no one- touch re-heat and others.

Would have purchased another brand, but this was the only white microwave Best Buy carries that fits in our location. So far, so good.

Although I know how to work a microwaves head I had one for over 20 years it would’ve been nice to know what the settings were for different foods.

It is not as solid as the one it replaced; it feels slightly tinny The control panel is not visible in low light, very aggravating. These issues were not apparent from the reviews I found. Recommend to buy a more expensive model if the shortcomings can be identified beforehand.

We replaced our old GE that was almost identical and that one was 15 years old. It fit right in and the family uses all the different features. The auto popcorn is the favorite, I'm sure. Doesn't burn the small bags.

Aside from that, the sales person was pleasant, professional, and fast. Once pulled down, we had it loaded in my car in 1 min!

We had just purchased a stainless steel refrigerator so wanted to match it. The one we got was rated good on Consumer Reports at number 3. The control panel is quite different than our old one but it does have some new features I'm getting used to using. It looks very nice and very pleased with it.
