This was a replacement unit for a 15 year old GE Profile that died after many years of good service. This new microwave works well and has the basic features we use. Only issue was that the first unit delivered had a wonky turntable - it jerked and thunked when rotating. Best Buy delivered a new one that works fine. A bit of a pain to replace as I did not pay to have them do it.

Installed myself. Works great. It did have a different mount and drill pattern than the previous GE, but the provided templates made it easy to mount the new bracket and drill the cabinet with one new hole left top to hang. The family loves the new microwave, and the Potato and Beverage settings are quite useful.

Bought this to replace my old microwave. It is nice to have stainless handle since my old microwaves plastic handle broke after years of heat and eventually the door glasses broke apart.

Good 'over the range' microwave. Fits well in our kitchen. The only thing missing is the ability to select number of seconds less than 30 which we used frequently.

I had a GE Profile Microwave that stopped working. Therefore, I thought of buying GE microwave. Overall, nice oven with good control over temperature settings. Since I installed it myself, I noticed that this one significantly lightweight than my previously installed GE (GE Profile 2008) Oven. The wall mount is not backwards compatible with the older GE ovens. Therefore, I had to do new drills in the wall and in the top cabinet.

We've had the microwave about 2 weeks now and it is performing very well. It's a little less powerful that our last one so a few adjustments have to be made. It runs quietly. There was a cosmetic flaw with the first one and the Geek Squad crew ordered a new one for us and set up an installation. The second microwave was in excellent shape. Both Geek Squad Crews were excellent. Very pleased with their work.

I bought this microwave online. I was trying to find a microwave that will fit in my kitchen to replace the old one that went bad. I couldn't find one in other stores they where to big. Until i found this one and it fit perfectly. The only thing is that the buttons light is not that bright. For somebody that can't see good. Other than that good microwave.
