The new microwave fit in the old space after drilling 3 new mounting screw holes and using the rear bracket as supplied. Works fine and as I said, it was listed as a best buy by Consumer Reports, ahead of all the major brands (LG, Samsung, etc.). It's a bit heavy so best installed with two people. I made braces with some boxes and wrestled it in myself. Burned a few calories in the process.

Our old GE Profile died after 12 years and several recent fuse replacements (which were simple to replace by the way). The new model was almost an identical replacement. Easy to use button layout, can vent externally or internally (with charcoal filters included). 30-second quick cook. Would recommend to anyone looking for stainless steel microwave.

It has a very nice look after it was put in. I have not used it to heat food as it is for a rental but settings on display gave a nice feel to them and appear to function correctly

Very nice microwave in bisque - hard color to find anymore. Replacing an old Kenmore that was about 10 years old. This didn't have the cooking probe, which was never used by us anyway. Otherwise, it is nearly identical to the old Kenmore.
