Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was an open-box item but in otherwise perfect condition, and it was at a steal, so I drove an hour to the next nearest Best Buy to purchase it and I don't regret it. The box is way bigger than I imagined, so take a truck or SUV (or a car with a bigger trunk than my Prius). Well worth the investment!

I was happy to say it matched the space perfectly and still fit the old mounting bracket which saved time. The hanging holes on top were different so plan on some drilling. Works great.

It is a shame that the holes didn't line up the same so I would have had to drill more holes in the cabinet above the stove. This oven heats quicker than the previous model. It was a good buy when the price was reduced by over $100.

We had to bring in a carpenter to modify our cabinets. Your people just said they couldn’t do anything about it therefore we had another person do the installation. Poor information from your people just caused us additional cost. Really a sad predicament.

The installation was a real pain, partly due to my house set up, and partly due to instructions. I made multiple trips to the hardware store for tools I didn't have just to put this up. Next time, I'll hire someone.
