There are a couple of product details I am not happy with. 1. The keypad is very hard to press compared to my old MayTag microwave. And I do mean hard to press before the input is recognized. 2. I do not like the express buttons. I am used to just entering the cook time and hitting enter. This GE microwave requires you to press the "cooktime" pad before entering time. So my old habits of just entering the time actually activates the express cooktime. It's just annoying. The quality of the appliance looks to be ok. I do not like how the keypad, and certains features work. If I had a chance to physically look at this appliance, I would have made a differenct choice. I would not buy this microwave again.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very nice microwave, be leary of the installation background for the mounting bracket, there is a 1/4 inch difference between the back and the actual line where you put the sketch to the back wall, remember to cut that line off. Noticed with a lot of manufactorers, that 1/4 inch makes a difference when mounting.

Great Microwave. Just Noisy.

Only issue I have with this is that it is loud. Yes, I’ve got my vent duct setup properly. This microwave is just loud under normal operation. Other than the noise this woild be a 5/5.

Wanted to get it off the counter so opted for an OTR microwave. Had to route new wiring in an old house for a dedicated plug/circuit. Didn't run any duct work out to the outside, the vent would work better, but dont have access to do it. Switched it to recirculating. Bought black to match stove and dishwasher. So far so good.

Replaced it due to my other oven being damaged and the fit is perfect. Heats quickly and thoroughly! You won’t be disappointed!

I was nervous buying online but the measurements were right on. Perfect fit. It also works great, faster than the one we replaced and better looking.

So comparing the two, this one the handle is much thinner. We don't require anything fancy, so it meets our needs just fine.

Unit this replaced was basically the same model (with different model #) as the new one...BUT...GE changed the mounting bracket and all mounting hole locations. Would have been much more customer friendly to keep things consistent. Could have been a 5 minute job to replace.
