    So I originally planned to buy another brand because the old GE (same model) we have literally died and it was manufactured less than 3 years ago. Read reviews of this microwave and a lot of GE's and ever since they got purchased by a Chinese ownership the quality of their products has gone downhill. If you are like me and got stuck buying this GE again because of the brackets I highly recommend getting warranty on it because if I had to bet this thing will break down again. And you better believe when I do my kitchen remodel I will definitely NOT get another GE for any part of my kitchen or home for that matter.

    Best Buy made this a very easy purchase for me. Found my product it on line. Saw that the closet Best Buy to me carried it and had curbside pickup. I order it and within 2 hrs I was installing my new mircrowave. The pickup went just as their web-site had directed me. Would do this again!

    There is a sound whenever microwave is stopped- i feel that is a glass sound. The exhauster mesh is coming out - whenever we use exhauster So maybe a check is required to make sure it’s properly installed!!

    Good for the price, the only negative I have found so far is how loud Fan when you put something to heat, but it's OK with me I use it a few times a day for 1-3min. max
