    works great, has good control of power settings and keypad easy to use and understand. Good stainless steel finish super easy for food reheats and boiling water, also has effective defrost control, doesn't overheat or cook the food being defrosted. It was easy to install, replacing a 10 yo GE microwave

    We bought this microwave to replace an old one in the house we bought. It has been great! We haven't had any problems with it at all. It is super easy to use and it heats food really quickly. I like that it rotates the food so the food heats the same. I would buy this again!

    Working well so far.Hope it will last longer than nine years as the previous microwave did.The installers did a good job.

    I bought this to match my GE oven. Great microwave. I just wish the keypad was brighter at night. There are also fan/venting issues, but it might be due to the installation by my contractors (not by Best Buy).

    Installation was a pain in the ….. and I feel like the drilling template wasn’t accurate but it could have been user error.

    Microwave works well. Only minor complaint is the buttons require more pressure to push than other models.

    My first exact same model lasted 18 months. There was a short in the electronics that would make it periodically shut on and off. It’s got a decent aesthetic look to it but the build quality is far from being good. I tried it a second time around so far it’s lasted three months. Only reason why I bought it again is because I didn’t feel like changing out the plate on the back. Sad that companies don’t warranty their products for longer than you get them out the door anymore. I’d say purchased this at your own risk.

    This purchase is a replacement for a similar, though much older model of the same device. Though the price was higher, and the features not as extensive, it was the best buy for how we use the microwave. Worth the cost in today's money.

    The first time they were supposed to install they outsourced it and they never showed but after i went in to the store they installed it and it was great
