So far do good. Was a little hard to assembly but overall good price.

Installation paperwork leaves a little bit to be desired. The unit works as it should. But i have only had it a week.

My previous GE MW died due to touch panel failure after 5 years of use. This one has a panel with buttons more difficult to push. Hopefully this one would last longer. After 1 month of usage works fine, low vent is more quiet than was before. Colon sign on the display is brighter than the digits. Not a big deal.

This microwave has been outstanding and has performed well.

This unit replaces one which burned out. It fit into the space beautifully. It is very simple to operate. The fan system is superb and the underside light (which overlooks the oven range below) is just awesome. On top of it all the price was right!

The Microwave works just fine and meets our needs. I was disappointed to find out that the new microwave didn't work with the previous GE microwave bracket and that the fastening holes in the top of the microwave were also different than the previous one, as this created a bit more work. That's more of a comment on GE than Best Buy.

Does what I need and feet in the space where it needed to.

Love our New GE Over-the-Range Microwave oven! The Stainless Steel and Black fit into our kitchen perfectly! Used multiple times a day for reheating, and do a lot of cooking in it too. Miles, the Installer, was fast, friendly, very neat, and professional! Thank you Best Buy!

It fit the spot and generally looked like the old GE but the construction felt much flimsier and the alignment of the door to the cabinet of the microwave was not quite right.

Standard microwave. Customer service, however, told me it would definitely fit into the same brackets as the older model it was replacing. It does NOT. Had to remove old brackets, reinstall new ones. Cost more money than anticipated.

Would have liked to have the numbers and letters illuminated

Replaced a 5 year old version and though the new one came with a defferent monting bracket it fit on the old monting bracket with minor modifications. It works great so far.

Great microwave oven. I got more bang for the buck.

We use a micro for reheating, defrosting, popcorn, and the fan/light over the stove- not for cooking. We've had it for about 2 months and so far it's working fine. Installation was complicated- it took 3 of us to remove our old one and install this. Read directions carefully and have someone with some handy person knowledge- we recruited our son.
