Stylish microwave!

I would recommend this to a friendAverage microwave for usage in the kitchen.

It took me 8hrs to figure out to locate the 3 hole from the top of the microwave without using the paper. I wish the mfr has provided one design 3 hole location with a thicker paper so that it will be properly tape to secure it to the cabinet. The middle bottom of microwave should have a frame that is thick enough to jack up and not be damage. The old GE microwave that I replace has that sturdy bottom to jack up.

It has plenty of space and operates as expected. The LED colors are different than the replacement but otherwise it matches the other GE items installed in the kitchen.

GE 1.5 Cu Microwave Installation

Best Buy was very quick and courteous as they demonstrated confidence and ease in installing the Microwave. I was concerned with the tight fit but they had no issues. Very professional!

No cooking sensor, but I knew that going into the purchase. As mentioned above, we'd like to be able to adjust the beeper volume

Althought stated as same size and wattage, the new one heats faster but seems a bit smaller with smaller turn table. This is not a problem for us. Like Express start.

We are really happy to hear that you are satisfied with the appearance, price, and usability of your microwave, but we can definitely understand how your dissatisfaction with the cleanability and performance would be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused for you. Looking into it, we do have a few steps that may help you get the use you need out of your microwave. We do have a cleaning guide for the outside of the unit to keep it looking beautiful. For the most part, we recommend using a sudsy cloth on the case and then wiping it thoroughly dry. More information including the cleaning methods for the control panel is available on page 15 of the use and care manual. My favorite part is that the vent fan is not loud and obnoxious but subtle while still getting the job done. The buttons can be a little difficult to push but that could be because it is still fairly new.
