Replaced my 16 yr old GE micro with this new one , so far so good , miss a few features of the old one ( ex timer for night light ) however overall pretty satisfied , Don't think it will last as long as the older one ( Planned obsolence)

I like the new microwave, it seems a little louder than the old one but I’m getting used to it.

When I opened the box there was a dent on the back of the microwave. It seems to be working just fine and can't see the dent. But want to go on record that htere was a dent just in case I have trouble later.

I took off 1 star because they changed the location of the buttons. Also to reheat items, too many options - harder to decide. The add 30 seconds button is really a good feature.

We bought this microwave but during installation noticed some hardware was missing. Took it back to Best Buy. Our installer put in the new one. Once installed, I noticed the handle was squared and not the rounded handle we ordered. It was too much trouble to go back to Best Buy a third time to get the right one so we’re living with it but I’m so disappointed every day. I really loved the one I had originally ordered. Also, the buttons are not placed in user friendly order.

Excellent product. GE does not supply a written operating manual. They should. Best Buy was very helpful obaining one for us.

Was ready for pickup on time. Care was taken in loading the microwave into my truck.

It is a good replacement. It cooks food perfectly well. What I don't like is that the door is so big. The door on my last one was only as big as the space inside for cooking, not as big as the entire unit. I feel like the handle is not going to hold up strong enough over the years.

Perfect size for our kitchen! Has a few more features than our old microwave.

Works well. Same dimensions as old one but smaller inside. Color of clock is horrible so we don't use it.

Cost friendly above range mount microwave. We replaced the same model after it quit working at about 7 years old.

Good looking and good microwave for the price. Installing the front filters can be a bit tricky as the section that you have to take off is hard to do so but besides that it is overall a good purchase.

I returned the item because the salesperson on the floor gave me misinformation. He gave me a very different price for installation than what I was told when I called to schedule the installation. I did not have the item delivered to save on the delivery fee, but then found out even though I didn't have it delivered, if I wanted it installed, I still have to pay the delivery fee. This was not told to me when I purchased the item. So, I decided to bit the bullet and go ahead and pay the fee, but then I was told I would not know the delivery day until the day before the delivery, and I would not be told the time window of the delivery until the day of the delivery. With my job, that was not possible, so I returned the item and purchased it elsewhere where I was able to schedule the delivery (no charge) and installation well in advance. Because I returned the item, I cannot comment on the performance of the item. I'll review the microwave on the site of the place I purchased it from.

New mIcrowave is much more powerful than its predecessor and has a rotating turntable which helps cook food more evenly. Couple of "old" features missing, however - no AM/PM or "delay cooking" feature, also does not work if food is placed in microwave too soon before turning on.

Bought this one to replace the old one which really wasn’t old. ItWork great for the first year and a half. Then it just started to go on the fritz and kick the breaker. Then It just sparked and died. Unfortunately these are so cheap according to the repair people that it cost as much to have a repair guy to come out as it is to buy a new unit. We opted to buy The exact same unit as it’s easy to pop out and have not have to totally re-install a bracket tree or etc. We took out the five year service deal just in case. Unfortunately these days that’s what you have to do.

Overall works fine. Door sticks sometimes. Turntable makes noise sometimes. Easy to install. Looks nice. Larger turntable then Previous model. Cooks very fast.

Just what I wanted and at a terrific price too. So very nice that your store has things in stock to "purchase and take with you." Thank you for saving me the cost of delivery.
