Good, serviceable unit, but sounds a little tinny. Takes a little longer running time to heat to temperature.

Besides installing it, which was a little painful, this microwave works wonderfully. I replaced my old model with this one and so far, no complaints.

Brought for a exact replacement. All measurements are the same unfortunately the mounting holes are different. So it wasn't plug and play, but still only took about 30 mins or so to install.

Works like a charm! Installer was professional and quick. Did a great job!

It sucks when the built in that came within your home dies, but thankfully this newer model of the old unit fit perfectly, and since the first one lasted 10+ years I figured it was a good value.

Works very well. The only improvement would be to have a lighted dial, which is the only reason for a four star review on quality. Otherwise, no issues whatsoever.

Works great, I wish I was able to use the exterior vent instead of the recirculating vent, but it was just not going to happen with the way we had to configure it

This would have been a 5 star review but we didn't notice before buying it it only has settings for minutes and a 30 second addition with out having to hit a separate button 1st then you time for heating anything less than 30 seconds All our other units you could just select the number of seconds to cook directly with out needing to hit another button 1st. We are finally getting used to having to do that 1st but it is a hard but simple habit to break

We replaced a GE microwave which had one light at the back of the unit. Number One requirement on new GE microwave was lights at the front of the unit to light pans on the front stove burners. Requirement met. Happy Wife, Happy Life.

When a power surge ruined our old microwave, we knew we wanted the same features and Best Buy has the best deal around. This microwave has been working wonderfully, has useful controls, and a better interior and exterior design. Very happy.

We feel we made a good choice, and we are very happy with our purchase. (So far!)

Wife says it doesnt seem like it heats up as fast as the old one but she likes it.

It's a pretty good microwave. Although adjusting the blower motor was annoying it.

Excellent no frills over the range microwave. Less deed and not as tall as the others with standard 29 7/8” width. Great for a rental

Our old microwave from the 70s finally gave our in our new home. This was a fantastic replacement, though I will admit it was a heck of a lot bigger than the old one! Make sure to measure your clearances!

I have been using the Microwave oven fo a few weeks and all is well. The Sales lady at the store was very good at her job, the Appliance installation man did and out standing job.

Good Service - employee was extremely helpful - also helped recover gift card from prior purchase.

This was the newer version of the microwave we already had. The handle on this is far more sturdy than the last, it is more efficient, and the fan works better than our previous product.
