Also the time display is inferior to previous unit. Should have done more research and probably have spent more for another microwave. Again the quality of the time display is inferior to our previous GE microwave. Have no complaint re best buy or the installation just the quality of the unit purchased

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was an open box purchase and the turntable and drive mechanism we're not for this unit it was for another unit so therefore I have to go out and buy these parts in order to make it work I'll do a better job of checking the goods before I buy it next time

The controls are different than the one I replaced, but I really like the single touch options. I'm happy with it.
