It does its job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a replacement for a top of the line Jenn-air that lasted less than 4 years, what a disappointment. Installation was a bit of a hassle as the template was not accurate & the instructions were sketchy. It does look similar, so blends in with the other appliances. As for quality, it is noisy opening and closing. I was rather spoiled with all the other units features and options but I will survive especially at this price point. Things are simply not built to last these days. I still remember my very first microwave, it lasted 20 plus years!

Item started having problems a few weeks later. Called and arranged for an exchange. Though window was 1-4 pm, we got a call at 11:30 saying they would be here in 15 minutes. When we hesitated (just put toddler to nap), we were told if they didn’t deliver then we would have to reschedule. Again, quick and polite install. 45 minutes after they left, we get a text saying the would be delivering in 40 minutes - ? Let’s hope this one works better
