This is the greatest microwave.

It is easy to clean. Great button features. Didn't come with a charcoal filter as stated and having difficulty finding one.

This one has a plastic handle with Stainless sheet metal on the front of it. The one we replaced had a full stainless handle, so they cut some corners with this newer model.

This seemed to be the new version of what we just had. So far it has been ok, but there have been a couple of hiccups like it not starting when we press everything needed. It just seems to be stuck until we cancel it out, open the door, close it again, & begin again. It heats everything just fine, but this issue has me a little concerned. We shall see...
